Out of Many, 1 started as a personal project which has taken on a life of it's own. The portraits are combined with descriptions of each subject's genetic heritage to prove that all American's are a mixture of many different nationalities and cultures and that we are all immigrants. Since the launch of this project we have photographed over 400 faces, young and old from many states around the country. In November of 2016 Disney licensed 7 images as the artwork for their chart topping single "The Human Race". Out of Many, 1 continues to this day.
